Do you feel like you have to constantly sacrifice parts of yourself to achieve specific goals?
You may find yourself saying “If only I had more money” or “If only this person would stop irritating me, I could discover inner peace.” You are not alone.
Many people have great success in one area of their life but still feel unhappy and unfulfilled. All of their attention and intention is often focused on one area at the expense of others.
To achieve fulfillment, we need to have a robust and balanced foundation. In my coaching practice, I talk about this foundation as the 5 Pillars of Life:
1. Relationships & Love
2. Career
3. Money & Time Creation
4. Health & Fitness
5. Personal & Spiritual Growth
Using the Law of Attraction, and looking at all five pillars of life openly and honestly, we can begin to identify which part of our life may need some attention to stabilize our foundation and bring balance back into our lives.
It all comes down to mindset. What you experience is a reflection of your beliefs, and by shifting your mindset, you can change your experience in all of these areas.

Samantha’s Story
Samantha is a client that came to me because she “had it all” but still felt something was missing or lacking in her life. She and her husband both had high-powered careers. They had two small children, and their family life was happy and healthy. Samantha and her husband were financially secure and even had extra money for things like family vacations.
But she was struggling. When we talked through what was bothering her, she mentioned that her job was consuming more time than she wanted. She felt that her co-workers depended too heavily on her and worried that if she isn’t around to make decisions, everything will fall apart.
While her family life was good when she was home, she felt like she was missing out on a lot of time with her children and giving more time to her job than her family. Her pillars were out of balance.
After digging deep into why she stayed in a job that demanded so much of her time, she discovered that a lot of it stemmed back to the model of her parents and the value that they set – that being needed at work was a measure of self-worth. Both of her parents had created work environments where they were depended upon and demanded a lot of their time. That was her only model!
Through our work together we focused on re-creating this vision of success and self-worth. Samantha determined that setting boundaries at her job and delegating more tasks to capable co-workers allowed her to shift her schedule and create the time she wanted with her family.
She also had to change her mindset about her co-workers and see them as capable people that could support her and the mission of the organization on their own.
Once she began to shift her view of her job and the people around her, change began to happen.
Creating a New “Life Script”
When looking at the 5 Pillars of Life, I invite clients to think about creating a new “life-script.” If you are facing decisions or troubles, imagine yourself one year or more looking back at yourself now, viewing the overall picture.
The first step to getting what you want is to identify it and send it out to the universe. Set the intention.
I invite you to write down your thoughts or create a “vision board” for yourself – a visual or written roadmap that lays out what you imagine. Here are some questions to help you begin setting your intention:
Relationships & Love: What kind of relationship do you desire with friends and family? In love and romance? What are the important attributes you value in a relationship? Learn more about attracting what you desire in love and relationships here.
Career: What qualities do you value in a career? Do you like managing people? Do you like to have creative control? Are you happier as part of a team? Think about the qualities of a career you hope to have and not just the type.
Money & Time Creation: Think about what you need regarding money and time to feel fulfilled and happy. Is it security that you can pay your bills every month? Do you want to spend less time at work and/or worrying about money? What does a meaningful day look like to you?
Health & Fitness: Just as we must work to change our mindset, our bodies are what carry us through our lives. Chronic stress or unhappiness has a profound impact on our overall health and well-being. What do health and self-care mean to you? What do you need to best take care of your health?
Personal & Spiritual Growth: To achieve balance, you must care for your mind and soul as much as our physical health. How do you show yourself loving kindness? Are there areas of your life where you need to shift your perspective?
Are you ready to begin changing your life and attracting more of what you desire? Work with me.
