Catherine said that when she grew up, she was going to take care of the animals, even creating her own business cards for “Catherine’s Animal Shelter” with the self-appointed title of “Care Taker.”
Six-year-old Catherine’s life ended tragically in 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT along with 19 more children and 6 adults.
The inspiring Ms. Kaia Close and her amazing mother Gretchen Carlson joined me on Defy & Hustle to highlight the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary.
Listen in and be inspired by Kaia.
On Saturday, December 1st, the CVHAS is having their Second Annual Gala to raise funds for the first phase of the sanctuary build.
